Mark Johnson er þjálfari í World Class, en hann er fyrrum stangastökkvari frá Bandaríkjunum. Mark hefur einnig þjálfað nokkra nokkra meistaraflokka í handbolta og fótbolta þar sem hann sá um styrktar- og hlaupaþjálfun.

The workout

Here is a workout you all can do at home.  You don´t need any equipment for this workout but if you have a jump robe use it, and if you have a yoga mat, use while doing the floor exercises.

Warmup

2-3 rounds
20each 1 leg hip lifts
10x toe touch hnébeygjur
20x spider kicks
10x armbeygjur
100x sippa/ 50 Jumping Jacks

Workout:

2-4 rounds
10each 1 Leg lunge squat
20x squat pops
2x2x 5 way push ups
30x Dead bugs
20x Boot strappers
